Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and appropriate emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or site representatives as directed by established procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records while supporting a welcoming residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
