Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Associate is the final checkpoint in Elovate's image review process. After Image Review Associates complete their initial review and adjudication of traffic enforcement images, the QA Associate audits a sample of that work to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client and jurisdictional requirements before citations are issued. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of Elovate's enforcement programs and ensuring that every citation that goes out meets the highest standard of evidentiary quality.Job Description:

mage Review Auditing
Review and audit traffic enforcement images that have already been processed by Image Review Associates.
Verify that each reviewed image meets the required criteria for citation issuance, including image quality, vehicle identification, and jurisdiction-specific violation standards.
Select samples from completed image review queues using established auditing procedures and quality checklists.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or patterns in image review decisions and document findings accurately.
Return images for re-review or escalate to the supervisor when violations are found that do not meet citation standards.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Apply established QA frameworks and quality checklists consistently across all audited work.
Ensure all audited images and citation data comply with client contract requirements, program SLAs, and applicable jurisdictional regulations.
Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of audit findings, error rates, and trends.
Understand how the image review stage connects to upstream data capture and downstream citation issuance.
Flag systemic quality issues or recurring error patterns to the supervisor promptly.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Communicate audit findings to Image Review Associates and the supervisor clearly and constructively.
Contribute to root cause discussions by providing documented observations and supporting context.
Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions to ensure QA standards are applied uniformly.
Production Support
Assist with image review production tasks as needed to support team throughput targets.
Maintain a high level of personal accuracy and consistency.
Comply with all Elovate policies, data privacy requirements, and program-specific confidentiality standards.
Report system issues, data anomalies, or processing irregularities to the supervisor in a timely manner.
