Airline Crew Shuttle Driver – DAL & DFW

Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $18.50 per hour + Daily Cash Tips + Monthly Safety Bonus

We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, safely transporting airline pilots and flight attendants between airports, hotels, training centers, and other airline facilities.

We are currently hiring Drivers and Lead Drivers to support our operations at Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Our operation runs 24/7/365. Current shifts include:

• Early Morning: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Weekend and holiday availability is required. Schedules include either Saturday or Sunday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a SkyHop Driver, you are an important part of the travel experience for the airline crews we serve.

Your responsibilities include:

• Safely transporting airline pilots and flight attendants between airports and hotels.
• Providing professional, courteous, and reliable service.
• Assisting crew members entering and exiting the vehicle and with luggage as needed.
• Communicating with team members and operations in person and by radio.
• Following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability, and customer experience.
• Representing SkyHop Global professionally during every crew interaction.

Requirements

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must meet company and insurance requirements regarding motor vehicle records, including a satisfactory driving history.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job duties, including interacting with customers, following safety procedures, understanding operational instructions, and completing required documentation.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing courteous, professional, and customer-focused service.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Shuttle or professional driving
• Airport transportation
• Hospitality
• Customer service
• Transportation operations
• Leadership experience for Lead Driver opportunities
