Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- West St Paul, MN

Location: 60 East Marie Ave, Suite 203

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30a.m.-6:00p.m. (8 hour shifts)

Compensation: starting at $75,000- $90,000 annual base pending experience

We see a variety of outpatient orthopedic patients from the community and have programs for ReVital Oncology Rehab, Concussion, Vestibular Rehab, Post-op care, spine care and work injuries.  Mentorship available with PT’s onsite and across the market.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
