Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are cultivating a WARP Multidisciplinary Clinic and looking to staff Kinesiotherapist to provide their services to veterans in our Rockville, MD headquarters. The Kinesiotherapist is expected to perform the following:
- Evaluate exercise tolerance, functional mobility, posture, strength, endurance and reconditioning needs.
- Develop progressive therapeutic-exercise and conditioning programs.
- Provide mobility, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular and strength interventions.
- Support limb-loss rehabilitation, adaptive sports and prosthetic conditioning.
- Provide health education, behavior-change coaching and sustainable wellness programming.
- Monitor physiological responses to exercise and modify interventions appropriately.
- Coordinate with PT, OT, medical providers, prosthetists and behavioral-health staff.
- Lead individual and group reconditioning programs.
- Assist patients transitioning from skilled rehabilitation to community fitness.
- Document evaluations, treatment response, outcomes and discharge recommendations.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in kinesiotherapy, kinesiology or exercise science meeting COPS-KT standards.
- Current Registered Kinesiotherapist status in good standing.
- Completion of required s upervised clinical training.
- Current BLS certification.
COPS-KT registration generally requires an approved educational pathway and at least 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Kinesiotherapist registration requirements
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Veterans, amputee rehabilitation, adaptive sports or chronic-disease conditioning.
- ACSM clinical exercise credential or related specialty certification.
- Experience with cardiopulmonary, neurological or geriatric rehabilitation.
