Location: Paris, France
Overview
Take on an exciting key role as Fine Fragrance Sales Director at dsm-firmenich! Drive business growth across for our Niche segment in France & Western Europe by developing and executing impactful strategies that shape market trends.
We’re looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking leader who excels at fostering innovation, building strong client relationships, and cultivating collaboration across teams.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-end Fine fragrance strategic vision to grow the Niche segment in a profitable and sustainable way in the region
- Execute and implement a forward-thinking business strategy, manage commercial relationships, lead client projects, negotiate key contracts, oversee the entire value chain to drive innovation and maximize customer satisfaction in line with management expectations
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate favourable commercial terms, and proactively address client needs to unlock new business opportunities and secure dsm-firmenich as a key partner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure high levels of service and supply chain efficiency
- Manage and coach 2 Account Managers

You bring
- Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of successful fragrance/ingredient sales experience
- Very good understanding of the Fine Fragrance market & business codes
- Good knowledges of creation process (evaluation, perfumers...)
- Strong drive for results and strategic thinking.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Fluent in English and French mandatory
