The Trade Centre Assistant plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, helping to deliver a positive and efficient customer experience. You will support customers in person, by phone and by email, ensuring they receive the right products and service to meet their needs.

What will I be doing?
• Welcoming and supporting customers, providing product guidance in a friendly and professional way
• Processing transactions and customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and managing customer orders and deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy
• Supporting stock control, replenishment and general housekeeping to maintain a wellpresented trade centre
• Working with colleagues to support branch sales and performance targets
• Following health and safety procedures to help maintain a safe working environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth branch operations
• Promoting our values of Decency, Passion and Pride in all interactions
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties to support the wider team and business
