What this job involves:
As a Global Reporting Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality reports that drive informed decision-making for our projects and clients worldwide. Your primary focus will be coordinating the end-to-end reporting process—from data collection and validation to final report generation and distribution. You'll ensure that all reports meet established quality standards, are delivered on schedule, and accurately reflect the information stakeholders need to guide their strategies. Working closely with Project Managers and global teams, you'll become the central coordination point for reporting activities, managing timelines, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining consistency across deliverables. Your role will involve creating standardized reporting templates, automating routine processes, and ensuring data integrity at every stage. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports for global projects and client deliverables
- Validate data accuracy and completeness before incorporating information into reports and dashboards
- Design and maintain standardized reporting templates that ensure consistency and professionalism across all outputs
- Implement automated reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power BI to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times
- Collaborate with Project Managers and regional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Monitor reporting schedules and proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and meet deadlines
- Resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues by working with data owners and subject matter experts
- Explore and implement AI tools to enhance reporting productivity, identify trends, and improve data visualization
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, templates, and quality control procedures
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in reporting coordination, business intelligence, or data quality management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience creating reports, managing reporting schedules, and ensuring data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables simultaneously
- Advanced English language skills (written and verbal) for effective communication with global stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free reports
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and communicate clearly with diverse audiences
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their application to reporting automation and data visualization
- Experience working in real estate, facilities management, or corporate services environments
- Knowledge of data governance principles and reporting best practices
- Background in SQL, Python, or other tools for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with dashboard design and creating compelling data visualizations
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies and collaborative work management platforms
