North Shelby County drivers: dedicated store runs, home every week, $1,300 to $1,700 a week.
A dedicated account out of Olive Branch with steady freight and weekly home time. The work is hands-on, and the pay reflects it. New CDL grads are trained.
What you earn

Your week
Store deliveries across Mississippi and West Tennessee. Full hand unload at the stores. Day and night dispatch. Home once a week.
From CDL school to your own truck
- A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.
- Orientation, 2 days at most. Hotel paid, one-way bus ticket reimbursed, $300 for orientation once hired.
- 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing, trip planning, logs and fueling. You are paid every week.
- Your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed.

- "How often will I see home?" Once a week.
- "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
- "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
- "Do I pay for orientation?" No. Hotel covered, bus ticket reimbursed, and $300 once you are hired.
What you need
- Class A CDL from your state of residence, 21 or older
- New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
- DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen
