We organize our firm around four investment platforms: fixed income, real assets, equities and multi-asset & solutions, which includes a fiduciary and multi-manager business. Each investment platform has dedicated teams with deep asset-class expertise, organized globally and committed to maximizing client benefit from their specialist areas.

We are an international business: Our 1,130 employees work from 16 locations across Europe, the Americas and Asia. We share a common belief in fundamental, research-driven active management, underpinned by effective risk management and a commitment to responsible investment.

The Data Officer plays a key role in improving how the organization manages, understands, and uses data. The role focuses primarily on data governance and data quality, with occasional support for data privacy activities. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will help establish clear ownership of data, improve data documentation and catalogue content, implement governance best practices, and drive improvements in data quality monitoring and issue resolution.

A significant part of the role involves working directly with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges, explain the value of good data management, and help teams adopt practical governance and data quality processes.
