Salary Range: $72,000 - $96,000
The Financial Consultant is tasked with the sale of non-deposit investment products within a banking environment for ABS Associates of New York, Inc., the wealth management division of Apple Bank. The ideal candidate will consistently achieve monthly and ongoing production objectives. This role requires a highly motivated individual who demonstrates strong sales and service orientation, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with both branch personnel and bank clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets.
- Lead branch sales meetings, briefings, and motivational sessions.
- Execute continuous and consistent sales-generating activities, including outbound calls and appointment scheduling.
- Provide training programs for all branch employees.
- Engage daily with prospective clients.
- Uphold exemplary customer service standards, with the ability to explain investment concepts clearly and concisely to potential clients.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions.
- Maintain effective working relationships with branch personnel.
- Hold weekly meetings with Branch Managers across the assigned territory.
- Fulfil additional responsibilities as required.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience as a financial consultant.
- Banking experience preferred.
- Must possess current NYS Life, Accident & Health license,
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and series 65 or 66 required.
- Excellent time management and communication skills required.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
