Description
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across production operations. This role works closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to identify process improvements, resolve manufacturing challenges, reduce waste and cycle times, and support overall production performance.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional engineering projects. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows, troubleshooting product and process issues, identifying automation opportunities, monitoring production KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership capabilities. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, process automation, data analysis, and quality systems is highly valued.
