VP , P4, Lead Software Engineer

We're seeking a candidate to join our Trade Enrichment and Allocation team as a Lead Software Engg in TEDRA to support morgan stanley allocation platforms globally.

What you'll do in the role:
- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
-Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of product features.
-Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
-Ensure product quality through rigorous QA and testing processes.
-Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-Extensive experience in product management, with a focus on team leadership.
-Deep expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
-Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
-Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
-Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
