Position Summary
The Analyst performs advanced indirect tax operations tasks, assists in workflow design, and supports onboarding for outsourcing engagements. This role contributes to efficiency improvements and ensures accurate execution of month-end processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute reconciliations and validate indirect tax data for accuracy.
Assist in documenting and enhancing workflows using technology and process improvements.
Support onboarding activities for partial or full outsourcing engagements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
Participate in identifying opportunities for efficiency gains in month-end processes.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
1–3 years of experience in tax operations or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/week
Travel: Less than 10%

Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds
Frequent repetitive motions with hands
