As a Armed Security Officer Bank Patrol in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the financial institution location, including entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, observations, and response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
