You will work closely with client-facing teams, risk management colleagues and IT stakeholders to ensure that critical documentation is managed accurately, securely and in line with internal requirements.

What your role will look like

As a Document Management Officer, you will help ensure the integrity, accessibility and proper management of documentation that supports client engagements and compliance requirements. Your work will contribute to quality delivery, effective risk management and the smooth operation of document-related processes across the firm.

  • Support client-facing teams throughout the lifecycle of their engagements by providing reliable document management services.
  • Produce, maintain and manage centralised documentation that supports compliance, quality and operational requirements.
  • Ensure the secure storage, tracking, retention and destruction of physical files and records in line with internal procedures and control standards.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and documentation insights to support risk management activities and decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage administrative activities, including mail handling and the maintenance of procedures and documentation standards.

Your growth and opportunities

You will gain exposure to compliance, risk management and operational processes across the firm while developing expertise in document governance and control frameworks. As your experience grows, you will have opportunities to contribute more broadly to process improvement initiatives and documentation-related projects.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • First experience in an administrative, operational support, or client-service-oriented role.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Fluency in English and French

Ways of working

  • Structure information clearly, maintain high levels of accuracy, and apply sound judgement when managing documentation and records.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support shared objectives and service delivery.
  • Take ownership of tasks, identify opportunities to improve processes, and contribute to better outcomes for internal clients.
  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.

Encouragement to apply

The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.

Take your next step
