Responsible to drive PAYMENT TEST AUTOMATIONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Independently designs test plans and testing strategies to validate system functionality and compliance with technical specifications
2. Conducts audits and testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
3. Collaborates closely with engineering and development teams to recommend and implement quality improvements.
4. Documents and communicates test results clearly to stakeholders and tracks issues through to resolution.
5. Supports the delivery of reliable and scalable technology solutions by enforcing quality objectives aligned with organizational goals
6. Participates in the review and enhancement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
7. Utilizes specialized knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and best practices to improve testing effectiveness.
8. Provides guidance and mentorship to lower-level technical contributors in testing activities.
9. Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational quality standards.
10. Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance function.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related technical field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
3. Proficiency with testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
1. AI ways of building application, Building Test Automation
2. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
3. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps testing practices.
