Location: Clear Lake, IA
Starting Pay: $22.00/hour

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for helping others succeed-both the people you support and the team you lead? One Vision is hiring Full-Time Team Leads for our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program in Clear Lake.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on care with leadership responsibilities and is ready to make a direct impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do:

Supervise and support a small team (up to 5 Direct Support Professionals)

Lead by example in providing daily living support: hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and medication assistance

Help individuals manage personal finances and make independent choices
-
Coach and train your team to meet One Vision's quality standards

Ensure compliance with safety and accreditation guidelines

Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
-
A High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a BA/BS in a human services field with 2+ years of experience

Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

A Medication Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer literacy

A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support
