Description
We are looking for a Release of Information Clerk at Howard Memorial Hospital. It is a full-time position working 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday.

We provide comprehensive patient-focused care in a variety of settings— emergency, surgical, inpatient and outpatient—delivered by skilled medical professionals. Job duties/responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Release of Information functions.
- Handles all incoming calls for medical records request.
- Works collaboratively with all HIM department members, as well as other department to ensure continuation of care is provided from HMH.
- Other duties assigned by the Director of HIM.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Must be analytical, organized, and have attention to detail.
- One year of hospital experience required.
