What you will be doing

From the start, you will contribute to real client work while developing your technical and professional skills. You will:

• Handle and analyze data and information responsibly. 

• Follow risk management and compliance procedures. 

• Keep up to date with developments in areas of specialism and keep upskilling yourself. 

• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise. 

• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce. 

• Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms. 

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. 

• Receive and give feedback in a constructive manner. 
• Share and collaborate effectively with others.

What you will bring along

You will be a strong match if you have:

• Bachelor/master's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, math, statistics or minor in econometrics; 

• 1-2 years of similar experience; 

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; 

• Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships. 

• Analytical thinking and business acumen; 

• Advanced computer literacy, advanced command of MS 365 package, especially Word, Excel, Copilot; 

• Advanced command of English language and grammatical skills in Albanian language;
