Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight Shifts (Norwood, NJ)

Location: Norwood, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Position Overview

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric 1:1 private duty case in Norwood, NJ. This role involves providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care to a young child in the home setting during overnight hours.

We are currently hiring for overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing

• Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition

• Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability

• Safe home environment — Ensure infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

Available Shifts

• Overnight shifts

• Flexible scheduling available

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
