Inside Sales Representative

Guardian Tax | Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is expanding our sales team and is looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to build a successful career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

In this role, you'll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax-related concerns. These are qualified inbound opportunities—no cold calling. You'll take a consultative approach to understanding each client's situation, explain available solutions, and help guide them toward the best next step.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs
• Present solutions clearly and professionally
• Handle objections and confidently close sales
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close deals
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-based sales environment

Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
