Soft Services Manager
Location: Sanand, Gujarat, India
# Position Summary
The Soft Services Manager will lead workplace and facility support operations to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient, and employee-focused environment aligned with Micron standards. The role will oversee housekeeping, hospitality, waste management, landscaping, and vendor performance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
# Key Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping, janitorial, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and workplace hygiene services.
- Oversee cafeteria, pantry, vending Machines, landscaping, indoor plants, and employee amenities.
- Closely work with security team - operations, access control, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Drive waste management, recycling, pest control, and sustainability programs.
- Manage soft service vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and performance reviews.
- Support facility planning, workplace upgrades, layout changes, and infrastructure projects.
- Applying artificial intelligence to review project costs, vendor proposals, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Micron safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced employee experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across the site.
# Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Soft Services, Hospitality, or Workplace Operations in MNC environment.
- Strong experience in vendor management, workplace operations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
# Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductors, technology, or large corporate environments.
Professional certification in Facilities or Workplace Management is
