For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Operations Analyst
- Proficiency with core technologies including Windows, Linux, and/or Solaris operating systems, MS SQL or Oracle databases, and Nagios monitoring systems.
- Practical knowledge of networking and security tools such as Juniper/Cisco equipment, TCP/IP, TCPdump, Nessus, and Snort.
- Strong incident, problem, and change management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive fault resolution across multiple concurrent issues.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its application to service operations processes is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in Inglês (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 3 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
