The Team
Outreach is the agentic revenue platform built for modern go-to-market teams. Conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing sit at the center of that motion. Every customer conversation generates signal. Outreach captures that signal and turns it into action: real-time coaching for reps, automatic follow-ups, and the deal and pipeline intelligence leaders need to know where to focus, what to fix, and how to improve. The Role
This leader will own product strategy and execution across conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing. The mission is to transform every customer conversation into agentic action: coaching reps in the moment, accelerating deals, and giving leaders a clear, data-driven view of where to invest their time and how to improve their team performance and sales strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of AI and data, voice and video, to deliver real-time coaching and actions. It requires a sharp point of view on both seller and sales leadership personas, and a track record of building product that changes how teams work, not just how they report.
