Hours: Full Time Rotating, 40 Hours per week
- Follows proper sanitation procedures and techniques when handling food. Follows cleaning manual to sanitize any equipment used and rotate cleaning food storage areas. 40%
- Communicates with managers, food service workers, and all customers of Terrace Dining. May assist in training new employees concerning hot and cold food procedures and/or sanitation of the responsible area. May deliver and service catered functions. 20%
