Location: Wentworth, Surrey (Head Office) & Tournament Locations
Contract: 12-month maternity cover

The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour & HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality & Event Services Manager to join our Championship Management team on a 12-month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in the ownership, planning and delivery of world-class tournament experiences.
This role requires a confident leader who can manage complex projects, work with senior stakeholders and make critical operational decisions to deliver exceptional delivery at every touchpoint.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the planning and delivery of hospitality and event services across our tournaments, including:
Managing Pro-Am events, guest communications and logistics
Overseeing accommodation and transport for players, partners and stakeholders
Designing and delivering premium hospitality experiences and facilities
Leading catering operations across all user groups
Managing fringe events such as gala dinners and receptions
Building strong relationships with venues, partners and key stakeholders
Driving volunteer programmes and event staffing
Leading merchandise, ticketing and operational delivery
What we’re looking for
Demonstratable experience of leading large-scale events, ideally in international sport
Strong project management and communication skills with high attention to detail
Experience managing event budgets and negotiating with suppliers and venues
The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders whilst building strong working relationships
Confident working with senior partners and global brands
A collaborative, proactive approach with a “one team” mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
Experience of working within the professional golf environment is a plus
