Key Responsibilities
- Understand the product strategy and how your team’s work contributes to it
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform feature development
- Carry out discovery using qualitative and quantitative data and validate requirements with internal and external users
- Collaborate with designers and software engineers to develop solutions
- Identify stakeholders for feature areas and keep them informed
- Support stakeholders to make informed decisions on priorities
- Define and track the performance of your team’s work with metrics
- Plan and own iterative releases and work with marketing and solutions to facilitate
adoption and success

- Industry knowledge: has an appropriate understanding of the freight forwarding
industry and the target market - Product strategy & roadmapping: can identify methodologies and tools to shape our strategy and build out the roadmap and requirements
- Documentation: delivers and role models exemplary documentation to ensure teams, stakeholders and users have what they need
