LOCATION: Imperial Beach, CA

Founded in 2008, Telum specializes in Logistics Support, Operational Support, Training and Readiness Support, and Professional Support Services for the Department of War.
Position Summary: The Training Program Management SME Senior provides senior-level oversight of training program management and readiness reporting across MESG ONE units.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison to Echelon V/VI training leadership.
- Manage training readiness reporting in systems such as ERAS/RCRP.
- Provide recommendations on training policy, processes, and performance improvement.
- Support message drafting and readiness communications.
- Oversee quality assurance of training pipelines and reporting.
Qualifications
- 8 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within expeditionary/MESF communities.
- 3 years of Readiness and Cost Reporting System (RCRP)/ERAS experience.
- Must have proficiency in Advanced Skills Management.
- MS Office Suite Proficiency.
- Must have experience with oral briefings and writing skills to engage with leadership within MESF and organizations within the community of interest and personnel.
- Active SECRET clearance.
