Consultant Physician – Cleft Lip & Palate / Oral & Maxillofacial - Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Physician specializing in Cleft Lip & Palate and Oral & Maxillofacial (OMF) Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing congenital craniofacial conditions, facial trauma, reconstructive procedures, and multidisciplinary patient care.Key Responsibilities:• Diagnose and manage cleft lip and palate conditions across pediatric and adult patients• Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ENT, plastic surgery, orthodontics, speech therapy, and pediatrics• Develop individualized treatment plans and surgical strategies• Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality care, and clinical outcomes• Participate in clinical audits, teaching, and continuous medical education activitiesRequirements:• Medical Degree with recognized specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery• Fellowship/Board Certification in relevant specialty• DOH License Eligibility or active DOH License preferred• Minimum 5+ years of consultant-level experience• Strong expertise in cleft lip & palate management and reconstructive surgery• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
