Part-Time Van Driver
Wednesbury
Thursday & Saturday OR Sunday & Tuesday (9:00am-7:00pm)
20 hours per week
£13 per hour
Temporary – 8-week assignment
Our client is looking for 2 reliable Van Drivers to join their team on an 8-week temporary assignment. This is a customer-facing role where you will be driving a company transit van to two delivery locations, providing parcels to customers.
Due to insurance requirements, the successful candidates must be able to commit to the same shift pattern for the full 8-week assignment.
Shift Patterns
- Driver 1: Thursday & Saturday, 9:00am-7:00pm (20 hours per week)
- Driver 2: Sunday & Tuesday, 9:00am-7:00pm (20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and load the company transit van from the Wednesbury site at the start of each shift.
- Drive to two designated delivery locations.
- Distribute parcels to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues.
What We're Looking For
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer focused.
- Able to commit to the full 8-week assignment.
- Previous van driving experience is desirable but not essential.
