For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Agile environments
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
- French language skills (Plus)
- Availability for hybrid work based in Porto, Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU candidates are welcome if open to relocate in Portugal).
