Our client is a fast-growing software vendor providing Cloud Traffic Intelligence solutions, which are sold via the AWS Marketplace exclusively through channel partners in North America.
We are looking for a Partner Sales Director to work with existing partners and recruit new partners in the Cloud Solutions space (hyperscalers, SIs and VARs of many sizes).
The client is 400 people strong, and also offers security and network management solutions, but this role is focused primarily on their Cloud Traffic Intelligence solution with delivers deep cloud traffic observability across applications, services, offices, and users, helping teams monitor performance, detect threats, and ensure QoE for critical applications. With policy-driven control and QoE-based rightsizing, their Enterprise clients can reduce congestion, optimize cloud spend, and maintain a high-quality user experience. This solution is something of a no-brainer and has a fast ROI.
The role can be based anywhere in the USA where the client has a team of 30 people.
The key aspects of the role are:
- Maintaining & building a successful partner ecosystem (including the recruitment of new partner organisations and getting them to revenue)
- Foster a "sell with" approach by identifying target end customers and developing relationships with end customers up to the C-level
- Create awareness for the client's solutions
Candidates should have:
- Experience in the cloud space (knowledge of the hyperscalers and smaller SI's and VARs in the Cloud space in North America)
- Strong connections with relevant partner organisations/resellers in the Cloud space
- Experience closing complex software or cloud deals
- Capability to hunt for new partner organisations and support them through to generating revenues
- Knowledge of security or cloud solutions is required
