What you’ll do
Comply with EHS regulations and cGMP requirements at all times.
Accurately document activities and results in accordance with Lonza policies.
Support daily laboratory operations, including housekeeping, buffer/media preparation, equipment checks, and environmental monitoring.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and logistics teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Operational Excellence (OE) tools.
Maintain and promote data integrity in line with company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What we’re looking for
Diploma or Degree in a relevant Science discipline or equivalent.
Experience with laboratory equipment, validation, maintenance, and quality systems.
Good understanding of cGMP regulations and GMP documentation practices.
Ability to perform root cause analysis, quality risk assessments, and technical documentation.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs.
