Plumbing Manager

DiBiase Heating and Cooling is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing daily operations and ensure our projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader, you will oversee plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair activities, coordinate with project teams, and manage field personnel. Your expertise in plumbing, mechanical systems, and team leadership will drive successful project outcomes and uphold safety protocols across all job sites.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on customers' sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standardsManage plumbing crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to ensure timely completion of workRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems and mechanical layoutsEstimate construction costs related to plumbing work by analyzing project specifications and materials requirementsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices across all projectsOversee the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other necessary machinery for plumbing tasksQualifications and Requirements5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial) and prior supervisory or management experience preferredValid Plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania codesExtensive knowledge of construction estimating specific to plumbing projectsSkilled in reading blueprints, schematics, HVAC plans, and mechanical diagramsProficient in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction machineryStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-siteExperience with field service operations including maintenance and remodeling projectsAbility to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sitesFamiliarity with carpentry basics relevant to remodeling or integrated construction workKnowledge of schematics related to HVAC systems and commercial building plumbing systemsValid commercial driver’s license preferred for site travel or equipment transport purposesExcellent basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimationsPrior experience in construction site management or as a handyman is advantageousValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass background checkJoin us as a Plumbing Manager to lead our growing Team!
