Requirements

The Server is the face of the Tacos & Tequila Cantina guest experience. This role is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service while creating memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back again and again. 

What You'll Do:

Create Memorable Guest Experiences

• Welcome guests with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Build genuine connections with guests while creating a fun and inviting atmosphere.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and excited to return. 

Deliver Food & Beverage Excellence

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them according to brand standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, specials, beverages, and promotions.
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions with confidence.
• Ensure all food and drinks meet quality, presentation, and service expectations.

Be a Brand Ambassador

• Represent Tacos & Tequila Cantina with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support a culture of teamwork, hospitality, and over-the-top service.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Support Responsible Service

• Verify guest identification and adhere to all state and federal alcohol service regulations.
• Complete food handler and alcohol awareness certifications as required.
• Practice safe food handling and responsible alcohol service at all times.

Work as Part of a Team

• Collaborate with fellow servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Remain open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
