Audit Associate/Senior Auditor | Makati (Non-CPA are welcome!)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite
Location: Makati
Industry: Accounting and Auditing Firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform external audit engagements, including compilations, reviews, and other audit-related procedures for local and international clients.
• Prepare, review, and complete audit workpapers while ensuring accuracy, compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and clients to gather information, discuss audit matters, and ensure efficient communication throughout the audit process.
• Utilize audit methodologies, tools, and software (including CaseWare) to document audit procedures, findings, and conclusions with quality and accuracy.
• Support the execution of audit engagements by identifying risks, addressing audit issues, and maintaining high standards of professional integrity and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA is an advantage.
• Experience in external audit engagements, including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and related audit procedures.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing standards, with familiarity in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Ability to analyze financial information, prepare audit documentation, and handle audit areas with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local and international teams.
