Description
Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise Technical Information Systems (TIS). Ensure system compliance, manage projects and system releases, enhance process efficiency, support end-users through training, and oversee system performance, data integrity, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Technical Information Systems to ensure reliability, availability, and compliance.
- Evaluate system configurations, processes, and data to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Manage TIS projects, system releases, implementations, and change management activities.
- Develop, document, and improve system processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Coordinate testing, system enhancements, and new feature deployments.
- Deliver user training, workshops, and technical support to maximize system utilization.
- Prepare operational reports, project updates, and management presentations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement system improvements.
- Oversee database management, system integration, and data integrity.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and benchmarking to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AMOS (mandatory).
- Strong background in Technical Information Systems (TIS) administration.
- Experience in project management, process improvement, system implementation, and change management.
- Knowledge of database management, compliance, reporting, and end-user training.
- Aviation or airline industry experience is preferred.
