Essential Responsibilities
Compliance with all safety procedures.
Operate the dryer to ensure proper bean moisture control
Provide routine cleaning of the grain dryer and surrounding areas
Cleans and maintains equipment.
Moves materials from storage or work site to designated area, using hand truck, forklift, pallet jack, or other device.
Maintains inventory, records, and location of equipment and materials moved.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)
Ability to:
Carry 50 pounds
Lift up to 65 pounds
Push/pull up to 120 pounds
Work Environment
This is a hands-on industrial position. Candidates should be comfortable:
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Working around grain dust and industrial equipment
Climbing ladders and stairs up to 120 feet high
Working rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Typical schedule:
Rotating swing shifts (8a–8p / 8p–8a)
Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days off
