Fred Anderson Automotive Group is looking for Sales Associates for our Toyota of Cape Coral Site NOW OPEN!!! We are looking for energetic and outgoing personalities with a proven track record of customer service to deliver quality and professional service to our service customers when they bring their vehicles in for their scheduled maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills and the ability to build rapport with customers as they assist customers through the service process.

Job Duties: 

• Help meet dealership sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis
• Adhere to sales procedures from start to finish within customer interactions
• Engages in business development and training
• Addresses customer concerns with a strong focus on customer service
• Follow safeguard rules and regulations
• Maintain a positive attitude 

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport with others
• Strong listening skills
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report
