Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Accountability: Inspire and lead a team of talented stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, and support staff to achieve excellence.
- Recruiting & Training: Recruit, select, train, and retain incredible service providers to our team.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily salon and spa operations and inventory management, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
- Guest Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves feeling pampered and satisfied.
- Trendsetting: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative services to our salon.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and growth retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing a salon or spa with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness trends, techniques, and products. Service provider experience preferred but not required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
