Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise day to day operational activities related to ship operation.
2. Ensure compliance with organization procedures and industry regulations to ensure the safe operation of ships.
3. Manage primary communications link with the Ship's Master also manage relation with customers.
4. Monitor the ship movements and cargo transfer operations.
5. Analyze ships operational data to improve efficiency, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or operations, particularly in a shipping agency, is preferred (internship or full-time experience).
- Good understanding of vessel operations, booking processes, shipment handling, and applicable maritime regulations.
- Experience coordinating with port authorities and operational stakeholders is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with operational documentation and performance monitoring.
- Willing to be placed or relocated anywhere in Indonesia.
