As a Team Member, some of your core activities will include:

- Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.
- Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
- Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room/storage.
- Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
- Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

- Must be able be available to work, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts .
- Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.
- Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu.
- Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.
- Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.
- Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
- Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.
- Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Willing to perform all assigned activities.
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
- Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
- Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
