Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

China Hong KongJob Responsibilities:
- To assist in the SAS-to-Python migration process by supporting external vendors in understanding existing SAS programs and reports, validating converted Python codes and outputs, and maintaining accurate technical and process documentation with proper filing.
- To deliver working automation scripts/ tools that improve productivity or reduce manual steps.
- To ensure reliability and consistency of automation output through proper testing and documentation.
- To maintain up-to-date technical records of automation logic and process flows.
- To handle tasks with a focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with internal control procedures.
- To respond to user feedback and adjust solutions accordingly.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Access), SAS and Python.
- Familiarity with Powershell, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of RPA tools like BluePrism, Automate Anywhere, and UiPath a plus.
- Data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred.
- Prior experience with process automation, scripting, or data handling preferred.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
