As a Senior Associate- TPRM Specialist , you will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals and consultants to help financial and non-financial institutions navigate the complexities of managing third-party risks across the entire third-party lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to assist clients in designing, assessing, and optimising their third-party risk frameworks, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and risk mitigation. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the end-to-end design and enhancement of TPRM processes across key lifecycle stages, including planning, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and offboarding. 

  • Design and enhance key third-party risk assessments, such as TPSA (Third-Party Security Assessment), TPCP (Third-Party Continuity Planning), and other risk rating methodologies. 

  • Conduct a gap analysis of industry best practices and peer benchmarks against the client’s current TPRM policies, procedures, and framework, and develop recommendations to address identified gaps. 

  • Support the implementation or upgradation of TPRM systems and platforms by collaborating with clients’ risk, compliance, and technology teams to integrate workflows, data, and reporting functions. 

About You: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experienced in Third-party risk Management experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Security, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CRISC, CTPRP) are a plus. 

  • Practical experience in third-party risk management within financial services, including exposure to third-party lifecycle process design, key regulations (e.g. PRA DORA, MAS, etc.), risk assessment frameworks, and due diligence procedures. 

  • Experience working on or supporting implementation and configuration of TPRM platforms/systems such as Processunity, MetricStream, or other tech providers/solutions, preferably in a banking or financial institution environment. 

  • Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and industry standards related to third-party risk management. 

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex risk data and provide actionable insights. 

  • Proficient in managing large data sets, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel; with familiarity with data analytics, visualization tools, or emerging technologies (AI/ML) preferred. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding of risk issues and controls. 

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where multi-tasking and problem-solving are essential. 

  • Demonstrated resilience, openness to feedback, and a continuous learning mindset.
