THE ROLE 岗位职责:
WorldQuant is seeking an exceptional individual to join the firm as a Quantitative Researcher. While prior finance experience is not required, a successful candidate must possess a strong interest in learning about finance and global markets.
- Have a strong understanding of the investment research process to build computer-based models that seek to predict the movements of the global financial markets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 你需要具备:
- Pursuing a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. degree from a leading university in related fields (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Big Data)
正在攻读相关领域的本科、硕士或博士学位（例如电子工程，物理，计算机科学，数学，金融工程, 大数据等） - Candidates should be graduating in 2025 or 2026.
