Description
We are looking for a student to join our “Customs & Special Taxes” team as an Accounting & Taxation Intern (Umowa Zlecenie). Ideally, the successful candidate will be in their fourth or fifth year of study and willing to work an average between 20-30 hours per week. Around 40% of the work should be carried out in the office; the remainder can be done remotely.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists and gain insight into environmental reporting processes within a large organization.
Your responsibilities:
Preparing reports and data sets required under EPR regulations.
Collecting and verifying data related to products, packaging, and waste streams.
Working with compliance-supporting tools (e.g., reporting systems, databases).
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with tax laws.
Administration of the daily operations regarding green taxes reporting
Ensuring that all filing deadlines of the business are met and that payments are made on time.
Management of the waste database tool or another register in EU countries.
Our requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Studies or a related field.
Fluent English and Polish language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, documentation, and routine reporting tasks.
Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies in data sets.
Good skills in MS Office and interest to work with various IT tools and databases.
