Accounting & Taxation Intern – Environmental Reporting

We are looking for a student to join our “Customs & Special Taxes” team as an Accounting & Taxation Intern (Umowa Zlecenie). Ideally, the successful candidate will be in their fourth or fifth year of study and willing to work an average between 20-30 hours per week. Around 40% of the work should be carried out in the office; the remainder can be done remotely.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing reports and data sets required under EPR regulations.

• Collecting and verifying data related to products, packaging, and waste streams.

• Working with compliance-supporting tools (e.g., reporting systems, databases).

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with tax laws.

• Administration of the daily operations regarding green taxes reporting

• Ensuring that all filing deadlines of the business are met and that payments are made on time.

• Management of the waste database tool or another register in EU countries.

Our requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Studies or a related field.

• Fluent English and Polish language skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, documentation, and routine reporting tasks.

• Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies in data sets.

• Good skills in MS Office and interest to work with various IT tools and databases.
