Sector Sales Manager - Data Center

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sector Sales Manager – Data Center. This role will be primarily responsible for driving rapid business growth for Aggreko in the region, delivering against revenue and profitability targets. You'll formulate and execute sector growth plan, manage key customer relationships, manage and develop a team of sales specialists, drive team performance, manage opportunity pipeline, forecasting accuracy, while driving strong collaboration across functions.

What you’ll do:

• Pan India Sales leadership for Data Center.

• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of sector sale teams.

• Develop and implement territory/ account/ sector-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

• Deliver structured performance coaching and development through regular field visits, one-on-one discussions, and ride-alongs.

• Implement robust pipeline management, ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow.

• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, incl. activity, conversion rates, and pricing governance.

• Provide hands-on leadership in key accounts and complex opportunities, while developing team capabilities.

• Drive CRM excellence and process adherence to ensure data-driven decision making.

• Foster effective collaboration across functions – marketing, operations, application engineering – to deliver effective solutions to the customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders/ customers in the territory/sector.

You are:

• Extensive B2B Industrial Sales Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B Industrial sales.

• Proven Sales Management Success: Demonstrated track record of successful sales management, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

• Data Center Domain Expertise: Deep domain expertise and understanding of the Data Center sector.

• Exceptional Team Leadership & Development: Proven capabilities in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales professionals and teams.

• C-Level Relationship Management: Strong ability to forge, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
