Earnings & Financial Perks
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,610/week ($83,720 average annual).
- Top 10% Earners: Pull in up to $2,099/week ($109,148+/year).
- Mileage Pay: 70¢ to 76¢ CPM (based on verifiable experience).
- Unload Pay: $320 per load (averaging 2–3 loads weekly).
- Average Miles: ~1,600 miles/week (ranging between 1,000 to 2,500 round-trip miles).

Freight, Schedule & Route Details
- Operating Territory: Running out of Warrensburg, MO through MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN, and KY.
- Freight Type & Handling: 100% Touch Freight (hand-unloading dry retail goods using roller chutes; no pallets or lumpers required).
- Home Time: Guaranteed weekly 34-hour DOT reset (typically over Saturday or Sunday).
- Take-Home Truck: Drivers are authorized to take their rigs home during weekly reset off-days.
- Shift Expectations: Night driving flexibility required.
Qualifications & Benefits
Position Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum 3+ months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience (reefer experience is a plus).
- Clean 3-year MVR (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major safety violations).
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening, FMCSA Clearinghouse check, and background verification.
- Must reside within 50 miles of Blandon, PA with reliable personal transportation.
