Senior CI Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:

• Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policies, Government and Environmental requirements and laws. 确保完全符合并按要求执行所有安全、GMP、法规、产品质量、公司政策、政府和环境的要求和法律。
• Embody, support, deploy and enforce the company Vision, Mission, Purpose and Success Factors.体现、支持、部署和执行公司的愿景、使命、宗旨和成功要素。
• Lead, coordinate and undertake the implementation of Stryker Global Manufacturing Excellence Strategy in Suzhou site.领导、协调和执行史赛克全球卓越制造战略在苏州工厂的部署。
• Collaborate with employees at all levels to promote and drive a culture of continuous improvement. 合作与各级员工进行合作，促进和推动持续改进的文化。
• Hands-on work attitude, being present on the shopfloor on a regular basis to provide assistance and guidance for daily operations in identifying improvement opportunities and supporting Lean activities. 动手能力强，定期在车间为日常运营提供帮助和指导，以确定改进机会和支持Lean活动。
• Facilitates and leads CI projects aiming at waste elimination, material flow optimization and process improvements utilizing standard Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen Event formats. 促进和领导旨在消除浪费的CI项目、物流优化和流程优化利用标准的Lean工具和方法，如Kaizen Event。
• Provides training, coaching and mentoring to CI Projects at all levels, facilitates Lean training to project teams. 对所有类型的CI项目提供培训，辅导和指导
• Responsible for the shopfloor layout design and optimization initiatives, and coordinated the execution of layout changes, e.g. workstation redesign and new machine arrival负责车间布局设计及优化，协调布局变更的落地执行，如改工作站布局，新机器到达等.
• Responsible for OEE and machine capacity calculations, providing direction and support to production, planning and engineering to guide improvements or capital investments. 负责OEE和机器容量计算，为生产、计划和工程提供指导和支持，以指导改进或资本投资。
• Responsible for master data management related to standard time and workplace management. identify and implement digitalization opportunities负责与标准时间和工作场所管理相关的主数据管理，寻找数字化机会，并落地执行
• Drives and leads standardization efforts across the plant related to workplace design, material flow, production data analysis (e.g. OEE, lead time) and problem-solving methodologies. 推动和领导工厂的标准化工作，包括工作场所设计、物料流、生产数据分析（如OEE、交货期）和解决问题的方法。
• Lead the Lean (when assigned to) activities.领导被部门分配的任务。

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

• Familiar with all common CI tools, such as 6S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, SMED, Kaizen Event，etc. 熟悉所有常用的CI工具，如6S、价值流、标准工作、SMED，Kaizen Event 等。
• Ability to influence others internally and externally across all levels. 在内部和外部影响他人的能力。
• Ability to train, coach and mentor others in utilizing Lean methodologies and tools. 能够利用Lean方法和工具培训、辅导和指导他人。
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. 优秀的分析、解决问题、人际关系和沟通能力。
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Power BI. 精通AutoCAD, Power BI。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office。精通微软办公软件。
• Familiar with ERP, preferably QAD. 熟悉ERP，最好是QAD。
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with a very good proficiency in both, Chinese and English. 优秀的书面、口头和演讲技能，能够熟练地用中文和英文进行沟通。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

经验要求：

• Experience in leading and implementing improvement projects in a manufacturing/machining environment (e.g. Kaizen Events,). 具备领导和实施制造或加工改善项目经验（如Kaizen Event项目等）。
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the field of continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. 5年以上制造业持续改进工作经验。

EDUCATION

教育背景：

• Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related engineering field. 机械工程、工业工程或相关工程专业本科及以上学历。
• Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus. 精益/六西格玛认证优先。
